A native Pennsylvanian, North Carolina has been home to Julie since 1985. Having experienced city life in Greensboro and Charlotte, she permanently relocated to Lake Lure in 2013 and enjoys the more laid-back lifestyle of mountain and lake living – not to mention the beauty of Western North Carolina! During non-working hours she enjoys volunteering for community events, bird watching, theatre, tending to beloved dogs and cats, and providing care and assistance for elderly parents.

In Greensboro Julie worked in the advertising profession, serving as client services coordinator, print production coordinator and small business owner, later moving to Charlotte where her real estate career began in 1996. Her passion for assisting others and meeting new people is a perfect fit for real estate sales and key to Julie’s success as a real estate professional are her ability to listen to and meet the needs of clients as well as an ability to coordinate the numerous details of each transaction to provide a smooth transaction for her clients. Keeping up with technological advances and changes in the real estate industry allows her to continue to provide the absolute best service for home buyers and home sellers in today's tech-savvy world. She holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® designation.

In 2017 Julie took the opportunity to purchase an established local franchise office and soon transitioned to an independent brokerage. Lifestyle Properties was chosen as the firm name because the areas served provide a special way of life and relaxed lifestyle.
